Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website function and remember your choices. We take a consent-first approach: we set only essential cookies by default, and we do not load non-essential (analytics) cookies until you opt in.

1. Essential cookies and storage

These cookies and similar local-storage items are always active because the Services cannot function without them. They do not track you across other sites.

• Bot check (contact page only).Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a contact-form submission comes from a person. It may set a cookie on Cloudflare's own domain and runs nowhere else on the site.
• Authentication session. Keeps you signed in to the client portal and secures your session. Your signed-in access to the portal ends after 8 hours of inactivity in the portal and always within 24 hours of signing in (12 hours for studio accounts); after that you sign in again.
• Session activity marker (ahq-session-seen). A signed, HttpOnly cookie that records when your signed-in session was last active so we can end idle sessions. It contains only a signed session identifier and a timestamp — no name, email or content. It is removed when you sign out or when your session ends, and expires on its own after 25 hours at most from its last update.
• Theme preference. Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
• Accent preference. Remembers the accent color you picked for the interface.
• Quote cart. Remembers the services you have added on our pricing page while you build a quote, so your selections survive navigation and signing in. It never contains payment details.
• Cookie choice. Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we don’t ask you every visit.

2. Analytics cookies (consent required)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are popular — so we can improve it. These cookies are loaded only after you select “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, they are never loaded.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for performance measurement. These are first-party and cookieless — they do not store cookies on your device or identify you.

3. Third-party embeds you choose to load

Call scheduler (contact page only). Our contact page offers a booking calendar provided by Calendly. Nothing is requested from Calendly until you press the button to open it, so it sets nothing on your device unless you choose to use it. Once opened, any cookies it sets are on Calendly's own domain and are governed by Calendly's privacy and cookie policies, not this one. If you would rather not load it, use the message form on the same page or email us instead.

4. What we do not use

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell your information or share it with advertising networks.

5. Managing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie preferences control in the footer of any page, which re-opens the cookie banner. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though essential cookies are required for the portal to work. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our use of cookies evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
