1. Essential cookies and storage

These cookies and similar local-storage items are always active because the Services cannot function without them. They do not track you across other sites.

• Authentication session. Keeps you signed in to the client portal and secures your session.
• Theme preference. Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
• Quote cart. Remembers the services you have added on our pricing page while you build a quote, so your selections survive navigation and signing in. It never contains payment details.
• Cookie choice. Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we don’t ask you every visit.

2. Analytics cookies (consent required)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are popular — so we can improve it. These cookies are loaded only after you select “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, they are never loaded.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for performance measurement. These are first-party and cookieless — they do not store cookies on your device or identify you.

3. What we do not use

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell your information or share it with advertising networks.

4. Managing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie preferences control in the footer of any page, which re-opens the cookie banner. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though essential cookies are required for the portal to work. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our use of cookies evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
