A free account gives you the portal where your quote, project, and files live. Your selection carries over from the pricing page when you sign in.
Answer a few quick questions
Each service asks a couple of short questions — your goals, what you already have, anything specific — so the quote reflects what you actually need instead of a generic guess.
Request your quote
Submitting turns your selection into a quote request with prices locked in as listed. Nothing is charged — this just starts the review.
Agree the scope
We confirm scope together — then you decide
We review and adjust if needed
We read your answers, ask anything we're missing, and adjust the quote if the scope calls for it. You see exactly what changed and why before you commit to anything.
You accept the quote
One click in your portal accepts the agreed quote, and your project is created from it automatically — no paperwork, no back-and-forth.
Build & launch
From deposit to delivered, tracked the whole way
Pay the deposit to kick off
A 50% deposit starts the work, paid through a secure invoice from your portal. The balance comes later, on delivery — never any surprise charges.
Follow every stage in your portal
Your project moves through Deposit paid, In design, In build, and In review — each stage on a live timeline, with staging links to preview the work and a place to comment and share files.
Approve, pay the balance, and launch
When you approve the final result, you pay the remaining balance and the site goes live. On full payment it's yours — the delivered site and the content you provided.
After launch
We don't disappear at launch
Care plans keep it healthy
An optional monthly care plan or quarterly retainer keeps your site updated, backed up, and improving over time. Add one at launch or whenever you're ready — or don't; the site is yours either way.
