Quillon is a forty-seat bistro a few doors off the avenue: a chalkboard menu that changes with the market, a wine list you can read in a minute, and a kitchen that cooks the way we like to eat on a Tuesday. Lunch is quick and honest; dinner slows down. Walk in, or book the long table for eight.
